Safety tips for a happy night

Kids: go with an adult or in groups, stay on sidewalks and cross at corners. Add a flashlight, glow sticks or reflective tape to costumes.

Drivers: slow down and watch for little ghosts and goblins, especially at dusk.

Parents: check treats before eating and keep food allergies in mind. A teal pumpkin at the door means the home offers non-food treats.

Pet owners: keep pets inside. Doorbells and costumes can scare our fur neighbors.

Free and open to everyone

Like all our activities, Trick-or-Treat Night is free, volunteer-run and open to every Foxridge household. Questions or ideas? Write to askfoxie@foxridgeop.com.

When does it start?

Trick-or-treating starts around 6 PM, as it gets dark.

Back after many years: the Most Creative House Award

Decorate your house or yard, then on Halloween night take a walk around the neighborhood and pick your favorite. Snap a photo and share it by Sunday, November 1, in our Facebook group Foxridge Community - We The People or by email to askfoxie@foxridgeop.com, with the street name and what you love most about it. One vote per person. A small volunteer committee of neighbors will check the photos and count the votes, and the winner gets a special prize and a feature in Foxridge Voices Magazine. Details on our Events page.

See you on October 31. A little spooky, a lot of community!

Halloween in Foxridge is back! On Saturday, October 31, 2026, let's fill our streets with jack-o'-lanterns, costumes and friendly faces.

This year we want to make it easier for families to find the homes that are handing out treats. That's why we are building the Foxridge Trick-or-Treat Map.

How it works

Step one: go to the Events page on foxridgeop.com and find "Join Trick-or-Treat Night".

Step two: fill in the short form with your name, email and address.

Step three: we'll mark your street on the map so trick-or-treaters can plan their route.

The more homes join, the brighter our neighborhood will shine. Which street will be the spookiest?

How to show you're participating

Turn on your porch light and put a pumpkin or a small Halloween decoration by your door. Not participating this year? Simply leave your porch light off. Every choice is respected.
