Mark your calendar: the Foxridge Fall Garage Sale is on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It's a neighborhood-wide sale, open to every Foxridge household, and it's completely free to join.
Why a community garage sale?
When many homes sell on the same day, more shoppers come to the neighborhood and everyone sells more. It's also a great excuse to meet the neighbors on your street and find treasures just a few doors away.
How to join
Step one: go to the Events page on foxridgeop.com and find the Garage Sale form.
Step two: enter your name, email and address.
Step three: we'll add your street to the Garage Sale map, so shoppers can see where participating homes are. Which area will have the most homes?
Tips for sellers
Price items clearly with stickers or tape. Keep small bills and coins for change. Group items by category: kids, kitchen, tools, decor. Put a sign at the end of your driveway and a few balloons to catch the eye. If something doesn't sell, consider donating it to a local charity.
Tips for shoppers
Come early for the best finds, bring cash and reusable bags, and please park safely without blocking driveways or mailboxes.
Weather
Dates may change depending on weather conditions. We will post any updates here on foxridgeop.com, so check back the day before.
